Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery of items that are unused and in their original, unopened packaging. Opened rolls, cut film, and accessories that have been used are not eligible for return.

Contact us before sending anything back — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is authorized, ship the product to the address we provide. Return shipping costs and freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Wizard Wall, Inc does not issue return labels or pay for return shipments.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.
